All purchases in our Online store are subject to Paragon Competition’s terms of sale.

All prices and dollar amounts on our website are in $ CDN dollars (Canadian dollars).

Pricing and product specifications in store or listed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Every effort is made to maintain current pricing and accuracy on our website; however, pricing, description, and graphics may be incorrect. Paragon Competition cannot be responsible for errors in typography or photography.

Applicable taxes and shipping and handling costs (except where free shipping promotions) may apply and are additional to each order.

Unless otherwise specifically advertised, promotional offers are not combinable with any other offer or discounts. Limit one (1) special offer or sale price per eligible product.


Racing, driving schools and track day events are dangerous, Paragon Competition, and its staff are not liable for harm and death caused by on or off-track incidents.

Return Policy:

Due to liability and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on products, ie; Race wear, under-layer, helmets, seats, mechanical items, electrical items, lubricants, chemicals etc. Please confirm with a sales associate before you commit to an order.

Customers must email info@paragoncompetition.com to receive a Return Authorization number. (RMA) Products returned without authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

Refunds are given, less shipping and handling charges, for items returned in new condition with original packaging within 10 days of your receipt of the order. 

 Any order that qualified for free shipping will have the free shipping offer void and the shipping charges incurred for the free shipping, will be deducted for that particular order prior to any refund being issued.

Damage Claims:

All our products are shipped using carrier-approved materials and methods. All our products are also carefully packed to prevent damage during shipment. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. Any damage is the responsibility of the carrier, not Paragon Competition. Therefore, you must make all damage claims to the carrier.

We recommend in case of damage, to retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged products for the carrier to inspect, take pictures and to advise Paragon Competition that the shipment has been received damaged within 48hrs of receipt. 

Extreme Temperatures:

During cold weather months there is a chance that products may freeze in transit. Couriers will not offer any guarantees against freezing, ordering liquid or gel products during extreme temperatures is at the risk of the customer.

Shipping and International orders:

Paragon Competition does not ship outside of Canada.
